These Terms ( the Terms ) govern access to the novexexchange website, apps and services the "Services") run by novexexchange. Creating an account implies full agreement the Terms entire.
1. Eligibility. You must be adults in their jurisdiction and legally competent to form binding contracts. Where we are unlicensed or unavailable, residents cannot participate. Account data accuracy and login secrecy are your duty.
2. Services. novexexchange runs an electronic marketplace for the assets described on this site. We do not give personal advice; all trading decisions stays with you. Shown quotes and data serves information only and may lag or err at times.
3. Risks. Trading involves substantial loss risk and fits only accounts who can bear it. Margin products may take drawdowns past your initial margin. Only trade capital which losing entirely you would survive.
4. Costs. Charges, spreads and funding rates appear on the Fees page and form part of these Terms. Charges may move once fairly notified.
5. Prohibited conduct. Manipulation, vulnerability abuse, rights breaches and unlawful purposes are prohibited. Laundering and sanctions violations are included by the same prohibition.
6. Liability limits. Where law permits the widest degree, novexexchange is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses connected to the Services.
7. Amendments. This agreement may be revised occasionally. Post-change use after changes means acceptance. Governing law is the registered jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
