These privacy terms sets out how novexexchange ("we") collects, processes and safeguards your personal data across our site and Services. We serve as data controller for these data.
Data we collect. Names, emails, countries and similar identity data alongside KYC paperwork mandated by law. Also collected: execution and account history, technical logs and support messages. EU/UK lawful bases: contract fulfilment, complying with law, legitimate interest.
Use of data. Managing your account, settling positions, meeting compliance, countering fraud, and platform security, and opt-in product updates with one-click opt-out.
Who sees data. Sharing is limited to operational providers (custody, payments, KYC), regulators on lawful demand, and de-identified analytics. Personal data is never sold.
Retention and security. Retention lasts through account activity plus statutory windows (commonly five to seven years for transactions). Protection: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-audited access governance.
